The Day Before

OK...so I'm really excited about starting this new routine. October being my birthday month I've decided to start on the 1st, that's tomorrow. Maybe its not such a good idea since I'll have to watch what I eat on my birthday, but we'll see how that goes.

I have been trying to reduce my daily intake of sugar, coz I know that is going to be what will make or break this. So far I haven't been successful :( Last Thursaday was date night and DH took me to a realllly nice place for dinner and of course, dinner's never complete without dessert...no regrets there :D Saturday was DD's 6 month birthday and I had a huge piece of cake...definitely regret this as she is too small to enjoy it, I could have easily skipped this indulgence. Last night had another dessert, just because I was up late and wanted a snack. Just writing about it depresses me:((

On a more happier note, I need to get new gym clothes and shoes. That means shopping time :)

My goals for this week
1. Go to gym at least three days for 30-40 mins
2. Reduce sugar in the day (mainly tea/coffee).
3. Nothing sweet after 7 pm
